Min Hee Jin’s Ador Reportedly Caught Trying To Leave HYBE

HYBE has reportedly found evidence that the ADOR label had attempted to leave its umbrella company, HYBE.

On April 22, it was reported that HYBE had requested Ador’s CEO, Min Hee Jin, step down from the label.
The news came on the same day that it was reported that HYBE had found evidence that Min Hee Jin was attempting to orchestrate ADOR’s exit from its parent company.
Currently, Ador is a subsidiary of HYBE, with the K-Pop conglomerate owning 80% of the label, while Min Hee Jin and ADOR’s current board of executives own 20%.
According to the report, HYBE has demanded ADOR hold an official shareholder meeting to reprimand Min Hee Jin and the label’s executives for attempting to separate ADOR from HYBE.
